Rewrite the FDA deeming regulations to be ADA compliant.

As released the FDA deeming regulations unfairly discriminate against persons with disabilities. Unlike traditional tobacco products that are easy access beyond the removal of plastic wrappings made for easy access vape and electronic cigarette parts, e-liquids, and devices are made to secure themselves for consumer protection. Many people rely on staff in dedicated vape stores across the country to service and maintain their equipment because they are not physically able to do so. Persons with arthritic conditions, persons with degenerative bone disease, persons who are blind, and other persons with similarly limited dexterity are being discriminated against with the regulations as they are written as vape stores are prohibited from addressing the needs of these people. The regulations as written prevent and punish vape stores for assisting disabled customers.

Pharmacies are allowed to dispense medicines in non-childproof packaging because of disability access. Disability access is the law.

Because of this lack of consideration in the FDA's authorship of these regulations it is incumbent that the regulations be rewritten and enforcement be postponed for a period of no less than one year so that rewritten regulations may be reviewed prior to implementation to ensure the rights of disabled Americans are not violated again.
